Oversee Company Financial Matters, Direct & Control business related activities, Precise Book Keeping, Costing Matters, Inventory Management, Ensure the accountability of all organizational assets and to generate accurate Financial Reports. Company P&L, Cash Flows, Analytical Reviews, Act as the Stewards of the organization & Supply Chain.
Supervise overall control of business, Responsible/Accountable in taking decisions, managing people, accountable in trade off cost & benefits. Profitable Sales, KPI, (Controlling over Cost, Establishment, Maintenance, Personnel, and Advertising etc) Shrinkage, Ensure 4 Eye Principal, Monitoring Company P&L statements. Focus on Customer Service (demands, their likes and dislikes), competitors, Ongoing Retail promotions, Communications, Performing periodic stock counts. Procurement of non-trade items, Constant communication with Production Dept for nontrade supplies, pricing issues, etc.
